- Finalist - 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing (Track and Field)
- 2009, 2011 and 2013 World Championship Team for the United States
- Inducted into the hall of fame at Rice University
- Rice University School records: 100mh
- Former assistant track coach at Rice University for three seasons

- Performance coach for middle school to collegiate level athletes.
